Garden centers and plant nurseries sell annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, vegetables and houseplants, along with soil, mulch, fertilizer, pots and tools. Independent nurseries often grow part of their own stock and carry varieties that do well in the local climate, while big-box garden departments compete on price for common plants. Wholesale nurseries and growers sell to landscapers and sometimes to the public at volume prices; tree nurseries sell balled-and-burlapped and container trees and can deliver and plant large specimens. Specialty growers focus on bonsai, cactus and succulents, orchids or native plants, and hydroponics stores sell lights, nutrients and systems for growing indoors.

Terrific customer service at A2+Bloom! I needed a big grow light in a hurry and Ray literally loaned me their display model while I waited for my order to arrive. Later, when the model I wanted was discovered to be on back order, the owner called me and offered to provide an upgrade without additional expense for me. He consistently sent me updates along the way, too. I am super pleased with their attention to detail and helping me keep my native plant seedlings healthy when I needed it most! Thank you!

Ray was incredibly helpful and took time to answer all my questions, which I had a lot if. He sought to understand my needs, then made an appropriate recommendation. I felt much more confident after my purchase. Only four stars due to the odd open hours. Will definitely be back.

Went in for first grow advice. Staff was helpful with choosing what would be easy for first grow vs what would take a little more knowledge to do myself. They didn't push expensive product, really laid back and kind service

The staff here is top notch! I've learned a lot about gardening from them along with the genuine feeling of being an appreciated customer. I went from soil to coco with their guidance and now my tomatoes are awesome. They have top quality products for every gardening need. Thank you to Ray, Travis, Gobby, Joe, and the owner Jose for welcoming me to Ann Arbor and treating me so well at A2+ Bloom.

Cool place with a great inventory. If they don’t have they’ll get it for you. I’m a novice hydroponic guy so the best part was the staff and owner. They were happy to talk and answer questions. Very educated answers and advice that was at my level. Lots of encouragement. This will be my go to place from now on, and I’m coming from a few towns over. Worth the trip!
